Passenger Facility Charge Application No. 2

Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport

Pursuant to 14 CFR 158.24, the Peninsula Airport Commission (“PAC”) owner and operator of the Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (“Airport”), hereby provides public notice of its intent to file a second Passenger Facility Charge (“PFC”) Application to collect a $4.50 PFC per enplaned revenue passenger to fund certain eligible improvements at the Airport.

The PAC intends to fund 25 PFC-eligible Project Work Elements (“PWEs”), in part, with PFC revenues. The estimated charge effective date of this PFC is April 1, 2010 and the estimated charge expiration date is estimated to be September 1, 2020. During this time, the Airport intends to impose and use a total of $20,246,908 in PFCs. All PFCs collected will be used on an Impose and Use basis. Attached to this notice is a list of the projects, a description of the projects, a justification of the projects and the estimated PFCs to be used for each project.

This Public Notice is effective December 17, 2009. Public comments, if any, are required to be submitted to the Airport no later than February 1, 2010.
