Custom Building Sites At Affordable Lease Rates
AirCommerce Park Phase I building sites offer tenants a tremendous amount of flexibility. Sites range as large as 30 acres. All sites are available for long-term lease from the Peninsula Airport Commission. Lease rates start at approximately $20,000 per acre, per year.

All sites are cleared and leveled, and offer access to the new 25 acre aircraft parking ramp. The western half of this ramp has been designed to accommodate heavy widebody aircraft such as 747's and MD11's. The eastern end of the ramp will also accommodate these heavy aircraft in the future, however it is currently engineered to support large corporate and regional jets with a maximum weight of 115,000 pounds. There are no additional costs or fees associated with parking aircraft on the ramp.
